Youil Limited Lifetime Warranty
This warranty is given by Youil Enterprise of 62, Soheul-ro, Soheul-eup, Pocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. The Youil Warranty is designed to provide reliable coverage for Youil brand products, ensuring customer satisfaction. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser, and the warranty terminates when the products passed from the original purchaser to any other person.
Youil warranty covers Youil brand products for the following periods from the date of purchase.
- Youil Roof Rack Lifetime
- Youil Roof Bike Rack Lifetime
- Youil Luggage Rack Lifetime
- Youil Awning 1 Year
Subject to the exclusions stated in this warranty, Youil will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing without charge for parts or labor. Youil may choose to not to repair or replace the defective product, and will refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product, or a credit to be used toward the purchase of new Youil product.
Youil Warranty does not cover following matters (not limited to) dents, tears, scratches, oxidation not effecting the product function, discoloration, commercial use, accident, modification, misuse, misinstallation, theft, overloading, or repairs not authorized by Youil. The Youil warranty also does not cover any causes caused by not following the manual.
Youil warranty does not cover non-Youil products that have been transported or used in conjunction with Youil products.
If you believe the product is defective, contact Youil dealer from whom the product was purchased. If dealer is not able to fix the defects, the original purchaser should contact Youil via email or phone, and Youil will direct further instruction. The original purchaser is responsible for the cost of round-trip shipping. In order to receive Youil warranty, proof of purchase in the form of an original purchase invoice or receipt is required.
Repair or replacement of a defective product or the issuance of a refund or credit (as determined by Youil) is the purchaser’s exclusive remedy under this warranty. Damage or injury to a purchaser’s vehicle or property and/or other person is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether oral or written.
